You don’t pay anything out of pocket. Our success fee comes from the funding we secure for you, plus a small share of publishing royalties. You keep 100% ownership of your masters and other IP.

Once your project is funded, we handle the logistics, budgets, contracts, and reporting. Our team keeps everything on track — from invoices and receipts to timelines and deliverables — so you can stay focused on creating.

Step by Step

1. Discovery – Artists find us and fill out the questionnaire.

2. Analyze – We review the artist’s info to see if they’re best suited for funding or training.

3. Training – Every artist gets access to our customized training.

4. Qualify – Fundable artists also book a free consultation to explore next steps. If it’s a good fit, we move forward with a contract. If not, artists can keep learning and try again later.

5. Fundraising – our team helps craft applications and submit them to the right funding programs. If they get rejected, we refine and resubmit. If they’re approved, we celebrate and get to work.

6. Financial – Once funds are secured, we issue invoices according to the plan.

7. Project Management – Our team manages budgets, contracts, timelines, and reporting so artists can stay creative.

8. Final Reporting & Payment – We close the loop with clear reporting and distribute the final payments.
