House Rules

1. You promise to behave like a normal, civilized human being. You promise to be professional and show up for all events on time. You promise to be respectful to others and clean up after yourself (laundry, dishes, food, etc.).

2. You agree that we can take photo/video of you and use it for promo.

3. You promise that you have received (or will receive) both Covid-19 vaccines at least 2 weeks before the events.

4. You agree that we have the right to kick you out if you break the rules or become a liability to the house, staff, or any of the guests.

5. You agree that the cost of your stay and catering may be invoiced to/credited against your admission fee, service bill, and/or future earnings and royalties, in accordance with your financial arrangements with us.

6. We promise to do our best to keep you safe, comfortable, and happy. In exchange, you promise not to sue us.

7. You agree that there are no guests allowed (unless with written permission from Hitmakerz staff)

8. You agree that there will be no hard alcohol or drunkenness whatsoever.

9. You agree that there will be no smoking on the premises.

10. You agree that there will be no late nights out (doors will be locked at 11 pm).
