Taloyoak Studios

The Taloyoak Studios project aimed to establish a local music production hub in Taloyoak, Nunavut, providing access to professional equipment, training, and resources for local artists. The project involved bringing in experienced producer Dale Penner, as a consultant and instructor to visit the community in March 2024. This program, managed by Hitmakerz, provided training, recording opportunities, and mentorship to local musicians. The Taloyoak Community Hall has generously provided the training and storage space for the recording equipment, to encourage local musicians to continue exploring their passions and furthering their music careers.
